Learn by translating everyday activity while doing them in real time !

indojinintokyo

For example:

When one starts or is doing the activity cleaning - sōji - 掃除

Translate the activity using a translator (here i am using google translate to translate activity I selected)

start cleaning the room at 3pm.

午後3時に部屋の掃除を始めます Gogo 3-ji ni heya no sōji o hajimemasu.

1. If possible write it down -

2. Since I am using the google translator, I try to cross check the kanji strokes used for the kanji in the sentence using the app (Imiwa?)

In Imiwa app (see the image), I can see the KANJI strokes, I can see the kanji components and the similar kanji)

3. I pick up 1 or 2 very similar kanji to study. I write them down (see in the image below).

4. I also take one other sentence to study that uses vocabulary of similar topic. While doing that I could see that grammar のに particle was used and i could then study and understand how it was being used in the sentence.

5. I then also tried to include other vocabulary study by replacing the 'room' vocabulary to 'bathroom', garden' etc and saw how the sentence pattern occurred.
